No Charge Consultation

Peak Performance Chiropractic Center offers a special no-charge consultation, or brief conference, to anyone interested in finding out if chiropractic can help them. There is absolutely no charge or further obligation with this appointment.

Payment Policy

We feel that the patient’s health needs are paramount. Therefore, the following payment policy is an attempt to allow you, the patient, the care you need and to pay your account with the least amount of difficulty.

New Patient Care Services

The fee to begin care in our office is $220 (or $202.08 if over the age of 65). This fee includes your initial exam with computerized muscle scan (SEMG), pre-adjustment X-ray, first adjustment and post-adjustment X-ray. We require that a minimum of $75 of this fee be paid up front. If you choose, we can allow you to make payments for the balance over time.

Established Patient Care Services

Patients under care are required to make regular payments on all unpaid balances. Payments need to be paid monthly or semi-monthly depending on your arrangement. We charge one-percent interest on all account balances over 60 days.

We send out a monthly statement to our patients with all charges itemized. Please review these and retain them for your records.

Our Policy on Health Insurance

These days most insurance policies cover chiropractic care. We will gladly provide necessary documentation for anyone requiring insurance claim paperwork. Payment is still due at the time of service, however insurance claim paperwork will help you receive reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Let us know if you would like us to contact your insurance carrier for you during your appointment to see what your policy covers.

Please understand that we are not a mediator between you and your insurance company. Because your contract is strictly between you and your insurance company, we will not enter into any dispute with them.

Appointments

In order to better serve all our patients we ask that you call to let us know if you will be late or unable to keep your appointment. Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you do not notify our office that you will not be here, there is a timeslot left open that could be used to help someone else. Please help us to help others.

Towards a Common Understanding

When a person seeks chiropractic care with Peak Performance, it is essential that each of us be working together towards the same objective.

Chiropractic has only one objective, which is to restore proper nerve function by eliminating nerve interference. Together the brain and nerve system control your entire body. A balanced and fully functioning nerve system is essential for you to regain and maintain health.

Chiropractic is not medicine and medicine is not chiropractic.

Diagnosing and treating a disease or its symptoms is the practice of medicine. Chiropractic is not medicine and therefore does not treat disease. Our objective is different. As chiropractors, we focus on creating health rather than treating the lack of it. Regardless of your state of health, your body needs proper communication between your brain and body through your nervous system.

If during the course of care we find something out of the ordinary you will be notified. If it is of a non-chiropractic nature, you should—and it is your responsibility to—seek care with an appropriate professional.
