Dr. Milton Steele has practiced in Coupeville since 1982. He met his wife, Patty, while they were both attending Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. When Dr. Milton started practice in 1969, he was a“full-spine” practitioner using a more traditional style of adjusting. Through personal experience, he determined upper-cervical chiropractic care to be a superior method and here shares his experience. The patriarch of this family practice, Dr. Milton has dedicated his life to making other lives better.
