Dr. Milton Steele has practiced in Coupeville since 1982. His wife, Patty, is the office manager. When Dr. Milton started practice in 1969, he was a full spine practitioner using a more “traditional” style of adjusting. Through personal experience, he determined that upper-cervical care is superior and here shares his experience.
