Stay in
Balance
When your spine and nervous system are in balance, your body
will always work toward performing at peak levels.
An aligned and balanced spine allows the nerve pathways between
your brain and body to be free and clear. When your brain receives
clear feedback from your body, it can reply with clear and balanced
instructions for more coordinated body performance.
More balanced body performance reduces actual wear and tear
or stress on weight bearing joints, such as your spine, hips,
knees,
ankles and feet.

than your back. Get help or make multiple trips rather than
risk injury. |

Do things more slowly and deliberately, especially when
under stress. |

Do not overreach for items on top shelves or at the back
of cabinets. |

Remove stresses, whether they be physical, chemical, or
emotional, from your environment. |

Remove yourself from stressful environments, whether they
be physical, chemical, or emotional. |

Do your best to cultivate a cheerful attitude and keep
a sense of humor. |
